This is a general overview of Artisan Design Studio pricing structure. Actual quotes may differ based on the particular specifications or custom services for your designs. (Prices do not include printing)

You will be presented with three (3) thumbnail designs concepts via email or FTP)
to choose from. You will receive a CD containing the computer
files of your logo in color and black & white, 1 GIF
at 72 dpi (for use on a web page), EPS files- encapsulated
PostScript (used by many printers) and also the files of
the fonts used in your logo.

on all basic web site designs include masthead design, five
(5) custom navigation graphics, assistance with registering
domain name and setting up web hosting, and training on how
to perform simple edits and updates to your site.

Includes
preparing files for printer, obtaining 3 quotes for your print
job, sending files to selected printer, troubleshooting the

20% of lowest quoted printing price.

Terms and Conditions

| Copyright
|
Upon final payment, client is assigned
rights to publication in the media contracted for (website,
brochure, newsletter, book, etc.). The client understands
that all works, expressly marked or not, are protected
by copyright laws. Rights to photos, graphics, work up
files and computer programs are specifically not transferred
to the client, and remain property of their respective
owners.

| Billable
Items
|
In addition to the fees and costs estimated
in a quote, costs incurred for outside services (TBD),
messengers and courier services are billable at cost; outside
services such as printing and photography are billable
at cost plus 20%. Wherever applicable, state and local
sales taxes will be included in Billable Items.

| Schedule
of Payment |
Fee Billing: 50% percent upon project
commencement, balance (50% plus any additional 3rd party
expenses) are payable upon completion of production. Invoices
are payable upon receipt. Payment is accepted via Master
Card, VISA, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, Electronic
Checks, Personal or Business Checks.

| Termination
Policy
|
Client and Designer may terminate project
based upon mutually agreeable terms to be determined in
writing, either prior to agreement with this proposal or
within the final Client-Designer Contract.

| Term
of Proposal |
|
|
The information contained in a quote
is valid for 14 days. Proposals approved and signed by
the Client are binding upon the Designer and Client beginning
on the date of Client's signature. All fees and costs are
estimated. Designer's ability to meet deadlines is predicated
upon Client's provision of all necessary information and
approvals in a timely manner. Changes in scope of work
and/or project specifications may require a revision to
the information provided.
